Pricing on the Kool Kups website is subject to change.    

S H I P P I N G

All orders are shipped Standard Ground unless specified otherwise.  Kool Kups is not responsible for the package once it is has shipped. We will provide clients with a tracking number and can not guarantee the shipping timeline or delivery date. We are also not responsible for any loss(es), delay(s), or damage(s) incurred during shipment. 

R E T U R N   P O L I C Y

New, unopened items may be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund, less shipping cost. Please return items in their original condition and packaging. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to receive a Return Authorization form. The form MUST accompany the return or it will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Your privacy is respected.  Although our forms may required you to provide us with personal information, the information will not be used for anything other than communicating with you and fulfilling your order.  We will never use, share, or sell your information with a third party.
